The Montana Schools Recruitment Project leads in connecting special and general education teachers to member districts and cooperatives through face to face, social media, email, online platforms, and telephone connections to match both a candidate’s wants and needs to a district and community.
Districts and Cooperatives pay an annual fee based on their enrollment size for MSRP to represent vacancies on a larger statewide and national platform. These efforts consist of growing a district’s presence and awareness to help advertise openings, connecting with post-secondary institutions that are located in states with competitive salaries for educators, traveling to multiple recruitment fairs to grow a candidate database, and developing a forecast to be proactive in further capacity building movements such as hiring as much as a year in advance or more.
